Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elevare Conclave platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform. Your participation in the Conclave is subject to these terms and any additional guidelines provided by the Secretariat.

Eligibility

The Elevare Conclave is an invitation-only programme for business owners, founders and legacy architects. Access to the platform and participation in Conclave activities is granted solely at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access at any time.

Membership & Accreditation

Accreditation to the Elevare Conclave is non-transferable. Your membership credentials, including login access, advisory session allocations and Conclave invitations, are assigned exclusively to you. Delegation of access is permitted only through the formal Delegate Registration process.

Conduct & Confidentiality

All participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of discretion. Sharing of member identities, discussion content, advisory materials, or any information obtained through the Conclave with unauthorised parties is strictly prohibited. Violation of confidentiality provisions may result in immediate termination of membership.

Advisory Services

Advisory sessions provided through the Elevare Conclave are for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for specific professional guidance.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies and materials provided through the Elevare Conclave, including the V.I.S.I.O.N System framework, are proprietary and confidential. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without explicit written authorisation is prohibited.

Payment & Fees

Conclave participation fees are as communicated during the accreditation process. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Secretariat. Administrative enrolment must be completed within 7 days of accreditation notification.

Limitation of Liability

The Elevare Conclave and its Secretariat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in Conclave activities. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of your Conclave participation fee.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The Secretariat reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, breach of confidentiality, or conduct detrimental to the Conclave community. Upon termination, access to the platform and all associated services will be revoked.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Port Louis, Mauritius, in accordance with the rules of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
