Elevare Conclave (the "Secretariat") is the data controller for all personal data collected through this platform. Our registered office is in Accra, Ghana, with operational offices in Port Louis, London, Pretoria, Nairobi, and Accra.
We collect personal information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, professional details), diagnostic assessment responses, advisory session notes, documents you upload, and payment information processed securely through Paystack.
Your data is used to process applications, deliver advisory services, send important programme communications, and improve the platform experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We process your data based on contractual necessity (membership agreement), legitimate interests (platform operation and member safety), and legal obligations (anti-money laundering and KYC checks).
We retain your data for the duration of your membership plus seven years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting the Secretariat.
Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, visit the Data & Privacy section of your member portal or email the Secretariat at access@elevareconclave.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Supabase RLS, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure — please notify us immediately if you suspect a breach.
